In December of 2003 a number of changes were made to the Live Cattle delivery process.  One of those changes was the introduction of "blackout" days at the Delivery Point.  Clearing member firms were advised that the Deliveries System would prevent sellers from tendering deliveries that would occur on an auction day so that deliveries won't interfere with the auction and vice versa.  Following is the revised schedule of the "blackout" (auction) days.
